Registration Information
Early Bird registration rates are available through Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Beginning May 15, 2026, registration rates will increase by $100.
- State/Government Early Bird Rate = $600
- Associate Member Early Bird Rate = $900
- Non-Member Associate Rate = $1,200
Cancellation Policy: all cancellations are subject to a $200 deduction per person. Due to contractual commitments, there will be no refunds after May 29, 2026. NCSLA Federal Tax ID Number: 52-6043243.
To receive the member rate, please ensure you are logged in to your NCSLA membership account before registering. If you do not remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
During registration you will have the option to:
- Purchase an Exhibitor Table
- Add Guest/Spouse passes
- Add Guest Under 21 passes
Please note: Non-member Associates are not eligible to purchase an exhibitor table.
If you need to add an exhibit table, guest, spouse, or child after completing your registration, please contact Marisha Gonzalez at mgonzalez@ncsla.us for assistance.
Group Registration
If you are registering multiple attendees from your organization, please complete the first registration and select “Invoice Me” at checkout. After submitting the registration, you will have the option to add additional registrants to the same invoice, allowing all registrations to be billed together.
Guest / Spouse Registration
A guest is defined as an individual who does not qualify for NCSLA membership and who has a personal relationship with the registered attendee (not a business relationship). Guest passes may include access to meals and social events depending on the ticket selected.
Important Registration Notes

If you are registering on behalf of another attendee, please enter the attendee’s information (not your own) in the registration fields so badges and event communications are accurate.

Please ensure the attendee’s name and organization are entered correctly for badge printing.

To avoid duplicate registrations, please do not submit multiple registrations for the same attendee. If you need to make changes after registering, contact mgonzalez@ncsla.us and we will be happy to assist.
