 As incoming President, my vision is to strengthen our organization’s role as the nation’s leading forum for regulatory excellence, industry partnership, and responsible innovation. NCSLA has a proud legacy of brining together regulators and industry leaders to navigate a rapidly evolving beverage alcohol landscape. My goal is to build on that foundation with renewed energy, expanded engagement, and measurable growth.

A thriving NCSLA depends on a diverse and active membership. Over the next year, the Board will champion a targeted membership initiative focused on:

• Re-engaging inactive or lapsed state members through personalized outreach and value-driven programming.
• Expanding industry participation by highlighting the benefits of collaboration, compliance, and dialogue.
• Launching a 5% Growth Challenge that empowers current members to help recruit new voices and perspectives. The 5% growth goal is not just a number, it represents a stronger,  more representative community capable of shaping the future of alcohol regulation. 
• Showcasing NCSLA’s value through enhanced communication, clearer articulation of member benefits, and more accessible opportunities for involvement.
